1. Eligibility for Returns
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-sized or made-to-order dresses, clearance items, and accessories marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact our Customer Service at support@devilangel.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
