Common Payment Issues & Fixes

  • Payment declined: Check card number, expiry, CVC, billing address, and available funds. Try another card or wallet.
  • 3D Secure failed: Reattempt with the same device and stable internet; make sure bank app notifications are enabled.
  • PayPal error: Ensure your PayPal account is verified and has a valid funding source.
  • Duplicate pending charges: Most banks show temporary authorizations that auto-void within a few days if the order didn’t complete.

Taxes, Duties & Invoices

Refunds to Original Method
