Installments (Where Available)
Eligible orders may pay in installments via Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, or Afterpay. Approval is instant and handled by the provider. Missed or late payment fees are governed by the provider’s terms.
Common Payment Issues & Fixes
- Payment declined: Check card number, expiry, CVC, billing address, and available funds. Try another card or wallet.
- 3D Secure failed: Reattempt with the same device and stable internet; make sure bank app notifications are enabled.
- PayPal error: Ensure your PayPal account is verified and has a valid funding source.
- Duplicate pending charges: Most banks show temporary authorizations that auto-void within a few days if the order didn’t complete.
Taxes, Duties & Invoices

Refunds to Original Method

Chargebacks
