Processing Time
Most orders are handmade or quality-checked before dispatch. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (mon–fri, excluding holidays). Pre-order or custom-size items may take longer; the estimate is shown on the product page.
Estimated Transit Times
Transit time begins after your parcel has been handed to the carrier. Estimates below are averages and may vary by season and customs clearance.

Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping: Economical tracked service. Rate shown at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Faster, fully tracked service where available.
- Free Shipping: Occasionally offered during promotions—see banners or checkout for eligibility.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track via your account or our Order Tracking page.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@devilangel.store within 12 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute parcels.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address / unclaimed / delivery refused, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item cost minus shipping.
- Please ensure your name, phone number, and address are accurate at checkout.
Partial Shipments
To avoid delays, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order appears delayed or delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then email us within 7 days at support@devilangel.store. For damage claims, include clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Holiday & Peak Season
During high-volume periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Lunar New Year, Christmas), processing and transit may extend by several business days. We appreciate your patience and recommend choosing Express if time-sensitive.
